Report: Steelers Expected To Sign Former Ohio State RB Jordan Hall

According to a Tuesday evening report by Westmoreland Sports Network , former Ohio State running back Jordan Hall will be signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Wednesday.

Hall, who rushed for 1,568 yards and 14 touchdowns during his four years at Ohio State, was invited to the Steelers rookie minicamp on a tryout basis following the draft, but was not signed. Hall also returned kicks at Ohio State.

Hall reportedly measured in at his Pro Day at just under 5’8″ and weighed 196 pounds. He registered a 4.80 forty-yard dash during that workout.

It should be noted that this report has yet to be confirmed by the Steelers. In addition, there’s no word as to which player will be released to make room for Hall on the 90 man roster if indeed he winds up being signed.
