Steelers Sign WR Martavis Bryant On Monday

The Pittsburgh Steelers are expected to come to terms with another one of their draft picks on Monday as Rand Getlin of Yahoo Sports reports that he expects wide receiver Martavis Bryant to sign his four-year contract at some point during the day.

Bryant, who was selected in the fourth-round of the 2014 NFL Draft out of Clemson, is expected to sign a four-year deal that should total out at around $2.659 million and include a signing bonus in the neighborhood of $439,000.

Bryant caught 42 passes for 828 yards and seven touchdowns in 2013 for Clemson with two of those scores coming against Ohio State in the Orange Bowl.

At the 2014 NFL Scouting Combine, Bryant, who measured in at just under 6’4″ posted a 4.41 40-yard dash time and a 39″ vertical jump.

Heading into Monday, the Steelers had six of their nine draft picks under contract.
