Season 4, Episode 111 of The Terrible Podcast is up and with co-host David Todd still out of action, Alex Kozora and I open this show by talking about the Friday passing of former Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Chuck Noll.
After paying our respects to the legendary Hall of Fame coach, we move on to continue our discussion we had on Thursday about a possible contract extension for cornerback Cortez Allen. I toss some hypothetical contract numbers at Alex along with the some comparable contracts signed by a few other cornerbacks this past offseason.
The Steelers have also reportedly opened extension talks with tackle Marcus Gilbert, so we dive into a few numbers related to him as well.
The Steelers mandatory minicamp gets underway on Tuesday, so we look ahead to the storylines we expect to come out of those three practices which will be the last ones prior to training camp getting underway.
