Alex and I start this episode off by talking about the two game suspension that was handed down Thursday to Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice from commissioner Roger Goodell. Was it long enough? We discuss several angles of that decision before moving on to talk about former Steelers center Fernando Velasco signing with the Carolina Panthers on Wednesday to compete for a backup job.
In the second part of the podcast, Alex and I reveal our pre training camp 53 man roster predictions for the Steelers with the team set to report to Latrobe on Friday. We go position group by position group and really have quite a few differences on both sides of the football. We give you our reasons for keeping some of the players that we did and why we think others won’t make the final roster.
