The Pittsburgh Steelers will play the Philadelphia Eagles Thursday night on the road and head coach Mike Tomlin ruled out several players for the team’s third preseason game during his Tuesday press conference.

Tight end Eric Waters (concussion), guard Bryant Browning (shoulder), cornerback Shaquille Richardson (lateral knee), center Cody Wallace (finger fracture), long snapper Greg Warren (knee) and linebacker Jordan Zumwalt (groin) were all ruled out for the Eagles game.

Several players are questionable for Thursday night with soft tissue injuries and that list includes fullback Will Johnson (hamstring), safety Will Allen (hamstring), running back Tauren Poole (hamstring) and cornerback Devin Smith (hamstring).

Linebacker Jarvis Jones (groin) is expected to play Thursday night after practicing Monday. Jones missed the Saturday night game against the Buffalo Bills.
