Steelers Injury Report: Gilbert Has Stiff Neck, Waters Possible Concussion

The Pittsburgh Steelers are back practicing at their Southside facility now that training camp is over and head coach Mike Tomlin updated the injury situation following Monday’s practice.

Tackle Marcus Gilbert (neck) was listed Monday by Tomlin as having a stiff neck that prevented him from finishing all of the drills. Rookie tight end Eric Waters (head) is also being evaluated for a concussion.

“Other than that, normal bumps and bruises. I’ll give you a more detailed update tomorrow,” said Tomlin.

The Steelers will play the Philadelphia Eagles Thursday night on the road and Tomlin is scheduled to have his pregame press conference Tuesday morning.
