Steelers TE Heath Miller Caught A Career-High 10 Passes In Sunday Loss

There are only a few positives to take away from the Pittsburgh Steelers 27-24 loss Sunday to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. One of those positives was the play of tight end Heath Miller.

Miller, who is in his 10th year with the Steelers, had a career-high 10 receptions Sunday in the loss.

Miller had previously caught eight passes in a game six different times. The last time he hauled in that many passes during a game was just last season when he caught eight balls for 86 yards in the Steelers Week 13 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

Miller’s five-yard touchdown catch Sunday was also his first since the Week 7 win last season over the Ravens. That was his only touchdown reception all last season.
