Colts Injury Report: Wayne, Richardson, Doyle Sit Out Wednesday

The Indianapolis Colts have released their first injury report of the week as they prepare to play the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday at Heinz Field and it shows that four players were unable to practice Wednesday.

Wide receiver Reggie Wayne (elbow), tackle Gosder Cherilus (not injury related), running back Trent Richardson (hamstring) and tight end Jack Doyle (knee) all sat out Wednesday.

It’s still unclear as to whether or not Wayne will be able to play Sunday after needing an MRI on the elbow he injured this past Sunday.

Limited for the Colts Wednesday was cornerback Darius Butler (ankle) and practicing fully Wednesday was defensive tackle Arthur Jones (ankle).

I hope Richardson plays. Sure rather see him getting carries than Bradshaw.

  • Lucus Rodriguez

Agree but at this point any running back in the NFL can run on this D
Ben Tate 78 Isaiah Crowell 77 in the same game
Terrance West went for over 100
Pierce 98 Forsett 56 same game
its bad no matter who or where we are playin

    Put Big Dan #62 in

    Nobody runs against us!

  • Both outside zone schemes, which give us fits. And have for a few years now. Its the scheme and not the players. Although they tightened up a bit at times against the Texans, foster still had a good game against us.
