Steelers Versus Jaguars Week 5 Projected Inactive List

The Pittsburgh Steelers will take on the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday afternoon at EverBank Field and below is a best guess as to what the inactive list will look like this week. The official list of inactives will be announced 90 minutes before kickoff.

Ike Taylor – Taylor is still recovering from the broken forearm that he suffered back in Week 3 against the Carolina Panthers and will remain sidelined for the next several weeks. This will be his second game missed this season.

Ryan Shazier – Shazier is still trying to overcome the sprained right knee that he suffered against the Panthers and thus was unable to practice this past week. He was ruled out for the Jaguars game and will be inactive for a second straight week.

Landry Jones – Jones will once again be inactive as the Steelers don’t dress three quarterbacks when their top two are healthy.

Daniel McCullers – McCullers has yet to dress for a game this season and that’s not likely to change Sunday against the Jaguars. As long as the bodies ahead of him remain healthy, he will continue to not receive a helmet.

Wesley Johnson – Johnson, like McCullers, has yet to dress for a game this season and he once again is expected to be inactive in Week 5.

Martavis Bryant – Bryant missed two practices this past week with an illness. It’s not like he was going to dress anyways. Like McCullers and Johnson, the Steelers rookie wide receiver has yet to dress for a game this season.

Chris Hubbard – With it looking like Ramon Foster will be back this week after missing the last two games with an ankle injury, we can probably expect Hubbard to be back on the inactive list.
