You still have three weeks left to vote for players that you think deserve to go to the 2015 Pro Bowl this season and the latest update that was released Wednesday shows that several Pittsburgh Steelers have a good chance of making it.
With 344,629 votes so far, Antonio Brown leads all NFL wide receivers in fan voting. In addition to Brown, running back Le’Veon Bell and center Maurkice Pouncey are both running second in fan voting at their respective positions.
If you believe quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and linebacker Lawrence Timmons both deserve to go to the Pro Bowl this season, you better get busy voting. Roethlisberger is currently fifth at his position in fan voting, while Timmons is currently the fourth leading vote-getter at the inside linebacker position.
Fan voting for the 2015 Pro Bowl game, which will be played on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona, site of Super Bowl XLIX, will continue online and on web-enabled mobile phones until Monday, December 15.
As usual, the Pro Bowl players will be determined by the consensus votes of fans, players and coaches. Each group’s vote counts one-third toward determining the 88 players who will be eligible for the fantasy-style Pro Bowl Draft and the players and coaches will cast their votes on December 19.
This will be the second consecutive year that the Pro Bowl game will be “unconferenced.”
