Steelers Injury Report: Polamalu, Taylor, Palmer All End Week As Questionable

According to the Friday injury report, it’s possible that the Pittsburgh Steelers might get a few defensive players back Sunday night for their regular-season finale against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Safety Troy Polamalu (knee) and cornerback Ike Taylor (shoulder, forearm) end the week listed as questionable. Both players missed the game last Sunday, so there’s no guarantee that either will play this week. If Polamalu is out again, veteran Will Allen would more than likely start in his place.

Also ending the week listed as questionable is tight end Michael Palmer (groin). Palmer was added to the report Friday and that’s not usually a good sign.

Tackle Kelvin Beachum (back), linebacker Vince Williams (ankle) and tight end Matt Spaeth (elbow) all end the week listed as probable. Spaeth missed the game last Sunday with a hyper-extended elbow.
