Pittsburgh Steelers safety Shamarko Thomas only played two defensive snaps last season as the second-year Syracuse product was primarily used on special teams. He battled two different hamstrings during the season and that also led to him missing a few games and a good share of practices.
Thomas is currently hard at work getting himself ready for the 2015 season and Tuesday he posted a short video on Instagram that features him working on his footwork.
Linebacker Terence Garvin joined Thomas in his workout.
Judging by his comments in the post, this will be the last video that Thomas will post this offseason that features him working out
