2015 NFL Wildcard Weekend: Steelers Friday Night Five Questions

Steelers Depot Friday Night Five Questions

Happy Friday to all of you and welcome to the 2015 Wild Card weekend.

Magically, the Pittsburgh Steelers made the playoffs during the final weekend of the 2015 regular season and they’re now set to play the Cincinatti Bengals Saturday night on the road in the first round of the playoffs. The current forecast is calling for wind and rain Saturday night so that should add yet another element to a game that figures to be tightly contested between two teams who really don’t care for one another. If the Steelers win, they will play the Denver Broncos next weekend in the AFC Divisional Round. If they lose, their season will come to abrupt end in the same way that it did last year — one and done.

As usual, I have five questions for you below to answer on this second Friday night of 2016.

Peace and love to all of you and Go Steelers!

1 – With running back DeAngelo Williams now ruled out for Saturday night’s game with a foot injury, the Steelers running game will be in the hands of Fitzgerald Toussaint and Jordan Todman, who have combined to produce 64 total yards this season on 22 total touches. Will the two combine to have more or less than 64 yards from scrimmage against the Bengals?

2- Earlier this week, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger challenged wide receiver Martavis Bryant to step up his game as the team heads into the playoffs and that challenge was accepted. How many catches, yards and touchdowns will Bryant have against the Bengals?

3- Give me one BOLD stat prediction for one Steelers player on BOTH sides of the football for the upcoming playoff game.

4 – True or false: There will be at least one special team touchdown or turnover in Saturday night’s game.

5- Predict the winners of the four Wild Card games this weekend.

BONUS: The _______________ will win Super Bowl 50.
