Post Second Preseason Game: Steelers Friday Night Five Questions

Steelers Depot Friday Night Five Questions

Now that the Pittsburgh Steelers have wrapped up their 2016 training camp and played their first two preseason games, it’s time to revive the weekly Friday night question post.

The Steelers enter the third week of the preseason with a record of 0-2 and are coming off of a shutout at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles. Outside of losing cornerback Senquez Golson and quarterback Bruce Gradkowski to injuries over the course of the last several weeks, the team appears to be healthy for the most part. It would be nice to see young linebackers Bud Dupree and Jarvis Jones get on the field soon, however.

Ok, below are this week’s five questions on this Friday night and I hope you will answer them all in the comments below.

Happy Friday to all of you and peace and love.

1 – It looks like Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell is ready to put this latest off-the-field problem behind him once and for all. I’m not sure why he deleted his apology/explanation video, but we still have it nonetheless. Do you think he’s learned his lesson now and will this be the last time he’s disciplined by the league?

2 – Will either Gradkowski or Dustin Vaughan wind up being the Steelers No. 3 quarterback, or will the team bring someone in from the outside after the final cuts are made?

3 – Now that you have seen more of wide receiver Eli Rogers, tell me how many snaps do you think he will average in the team’s first 8 games of the regular season.

4 – Was wide receiver Sammie Coates too over-hyped during the offseason? Are you worried about him after two preseason games?

5 – How long would you like to see the Steelers key offensive starters play next week in the team’s third preseason game against the New Orleans Saints?
