Season 7, Episode 19 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this Friday show, David Todd and I get right to talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers upcoming game Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.
We recap the injury reports for both teams early on in the show and then get hard and heavy into what we expect to see from the Steelers and Eagles on both sides of the football. We discuss how the Eagles might defend wide receiver Antonio Brown on Sunday and how the Eagles front four should be another good test for the Steelers offensive line.
Tight end Jesse James is discussed a little in this show as it relates to his blocking. David and I also talk more about Eagles rookie quarterback Carson Wentz and what we expect to see out of him on Sunday. Will the Eagles use their running backs in the passing game against the Steelers? We discuss that in addition to the YAC numbers the Steelers defense had in Week 2 in their win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
In the last part of this show, David and I run through all of the week 3 games in the NFL and give you our picks against the spread for each. We also predict the score outcome of the Steelers game against the Eagles as both of us think Pittsburgh gets the win Sunday on the road.
As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here in this post.
