2016 NFL Divisional Round Weekend: Steelers Friday Night Five Questions

Steelers Depot Friday Night Five Questions

Happy Friday and welcome to the Divisional Round weekend.

This now makes two seasons in a row that the Pittsburgh Steelers have made it to the Divisional Round of the playoffs and hopefully they’ll advance this time. In their way are the Kansas City Chiefs, who are well-rested following their first-round bye. Due to an ice storm being forecasted in Kansas City this weekend the start time for Sunday’s game has now been pushed back to night and that means it will be the final contest of the Divisional Round.

It’s hard to believe that this will only be the second time the Steelers and Chiefs have played each other in the playoffs. The Chiefs, of course, won the previous meeting. Including the one playoff game, the Steelers lead the head-to-head series against the Chiefs 21-11 and in games that were played in Kansas City the Steelers also lead the series 10-7.

Arrowhead Stadium is a very loud place, so here’s to hoping that several tickets find their way into hands of Steelers’ fans. This really sets up to be an interesting matchup between these two teams for the right to play in the AFC Championship game.

As usual, I’ll be around the house all weekend and especially as we’ll have games to watch on both Saturday and Sunday.

Below I have five questions for you to answer in the comments below on this Friday night and I hope several of you will partake in this.

Have a great weekend and we look forward to bringing you tons more of content over the weekend in addition to hopefully getting you ready for another Steelers game next weekend.

Go Steelers!

1 – Now that the start time for the Steelers game against the Chiefs has been pushed back to night, do you view this as an advantage for either team?

2 – Which will be greater Sunday night, Tyreek Hill’s total yards (rushing, receiving & returns), or the combined yards from scrimmage of Spencer Ware and Jeremy Maclin? Take a stab at both numbers.

3 – What scares you the most about Chiefs as a team ahead of this playoff game?

4 – How many total touchdowns will be scored in the game Sunday night?

5 – How many total pass attempts will Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger have against the Chiefs and how many deep passes (16 yards or more past the line of scrimmage) will he complete?
