Steelers Select Louisville LS Colin Holba In The Sixth Round Of The 2017 NFL Draft

The Pittsburgh Steelers have selected Louisville long snapper Colin Holba in the sixth-round of the 2017 NFL Draft with the 213th overall pick.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played two years of football and three years of baseball… Played football at Eastern High School under coach Ken Whalen… Played baseball at Eastern High School under coach John Morris… Served as long snapper on varsity football team during sophomore and junior seasons, when he was perfect on every snap… Did not play football as a senior… Was the most accurate long snapper in the region as a junior… Served as the starting quarterback on Eastern’s junior varsity team through his junior season… Had best ERA on the squad as a pitcher on the Eagles’ baseball team… Graduated as valedictorian from the largest high school in Kentucky… Made honor roll all four years of high school.
