The Pittsburgh Steelers got off to another slow start against the San Diego Chargers on Sunday night, but rebounded to control the second half and beat the Chargers 35-24. The Steelers running game finally got on track, with running back Willie Parker rushing for 146 yards and two touchdowns. With the Baltimore Ravens beating the Tennessee Titans 13-10 today, the Pittsburgh Steelers will host the AFC Championship game should they be able to defeat the San Diego Chargers on Sunday. This would set up a third meeting this season between the Ravens and Steelers in which the Steelers have won both games thus far.
The Steelers may get a bit of a break on Sunday as San Diego Chargers running back LaDainian Tomlinson confirmed on Wednesday that he indeed has a torn tendon in his groin and has listed himself as doubtful for this week.

WR Hines Ward (Not Injury Related) sat out on Wednesday on his veteran day off. QB Ben Roethlisberger (Concussion) practiced fully on Wednesday as did S Ryan Clark and LB James Harrison.
