Season 2, Episode 48 of The Terrible Podcast is up and David Todd and I open with the Steelers Friday injury report as they get set to take on the Kansas City Chiefs Sunday night at Arrowhead Stadium. After that we move on to recap what we saw in the three Thanksgiving day games and give our thoughts on the actions of Ndamukong Suh yesterday that led to his ejection in the Lions game against the Packers. We both agree that his actions are far more egregious than anything that James Harrison has done and give our thoughts on what type of discipline Suh should receive and how it could end up costing

Season 2, Episode 47 of The Terrible Podcast is up and with David Todd out of pocket for Thanksgiving, I am joined once again by Nick Richetta for the first half of the podcast. Nick and I start off with a brief look at the key Thanksgiving night game between the Ravens and the 49ers before we go over the Mike Tomlin Tuesday press conference. We discuss the thumb of Ben Roethlisberger, the hamstring of LaMarr Woodley and the knee of Emmanuel Sanders as you would expect. Season 2, Episode 46 of The Terrible Podcast is up and David Todd and I go over the Sunday games that affected the Steelers the most. As you can imagine the talk is about the Ravens win over the Bengals yesterday, but we also get into hypotheticals of the other contending AFC teams as well. We discuss the overturned touchdown in the Bengals game and talk a little about the horse-collar rule in addition.
We discuss the Steelers key games down the stretch as well as the ones left for the Ravens, Bengals and Texans as well. Do the Steelers have a good chance at the #1 seed still? We discuss it.

Season 2, Episode 45 of The Terrible Podcast is up and David Todd and I open by discussing last night's Broncos-Jets game, the Tim Tebow Tebowmania and the implications that game had on the Steelers and the playoffs. We then get to some readers questions that we received over Twitter and email. Lots of good ones, keep them coming. We touch on the Steelers lack of interceptions and defensive scheme, update injury news and talk about kicker tackles and special teams among other things.
We then preview the big AFC North matchup this week between the Ravens and Bengals. It looks like neither Ray

Season 2, Episode 43 of The Terrible Podcast is up and with co-host David Todd tied up today I had a chance to catch up with Steelers beat writer Scott Brown from the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. I ask Scott about Hines Ward and his situation going forward after the bye and if he thinks the Steelers have handled it right so far.
We talk injury status of Emmanuel Sanders of LaMarr Woodley and if he thinks either will play against the Chiefs following the bye. Cameron Heyward did not play a snap on defense for the first time this season Sunday and I ask Scott if he has unearthed any news or reason

Season 2, Episode 42 of The Terrible Podcast is up and David Todd and I review the Steelers 24-17 win over the Cincinnati Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium on Sunday. Not only did the Steelers get a crucial division road win, they appeared to get through the game relatively injury free and then got to watch the Ravens lay another egg a week after beating the Steelers. A good day all around.
David and I spend a lot of time this week actually going through the play-by-play and looking at what each team was trying to do both offensively and defensively and how the other team countered that. The first

Season 2, Episode 41 of The Terrible Podcast is up and David Todd and I open with a look at the Steelers Friday injury report and who is in and who is out this week. With Emmanuel Sanders and Arnaz Battle out, will the Steelers have Tyler Grisham on the plane Saturday? We discuss that along with Bengals injuries as well. Tight end Jermaine Gresham is questionable for the Bengals and although they have survived without him in the last few games, both David and I see him as a big need for Cincinnati this week. We also touch on the Steelers claiming Al Woods off the waiver wire this week and I tell

Season 2, Episode 40 of The Terrible Podcast is up and David Todd and I discuss the Steelers heartbreaking 23-20 Sunday night loss to the Baltimore Ravens at Heinz Field. Working from the end of the game forward, we open with a long discussion of the Steelers decision to punt, up four points with 2:37 left in the game. Mike Tomlin sent out the field goal team, but the Steelers were assessed a delay of game penalty and then elected to punt. What was Tomlin thinking? Was he purposely trying to incur the penalty and ensure the Ravens accepted? Was he uncertain whether to kick or punt? Did he make

Season 2, Episode 39 of The Terrible Podcast is up and with David Todd caught in travel, I am joined by Steelers beat writers Dejan Kovacevic and Mark Kaboly from the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review to talk Steelers Ravens 2.
In my first interview with Dejan we go over the Friday injury and report and focus the first part on the defensive side of the ball and what the Steelers may and may not do scheme wise this week against the Ravens. Dejan does not think it is a slam dunk that the Steelers use all man coverage like they did last week against the Patriots, but does think that Ike Taylor could be

Season 2, Episode 38 of The Terrible Podcast is up and David Todd and I jump right into the show by going over the Mike Tomlin press conference from yesterday and talk about who we think is in and out this week. We both do not have have any reason to believe LaMarr Woodley, James Farrior or James Harrison will go Sunday night, but still hope that Jason Worilds decides this is the week he returns. We discuss the Steelers defense as it relates to the injuries and talk about the options that Tomlin threw out yesterday. I also break down why rookie Chris Carter should not be an option this week unless

Season 2, Episode 37 of The Terrible Podcast is up and David Todd and I spend 50 minutes recapping the Steelers impressive 25-17 over the New England Patriots. We open with a nod to history and a look at what we thought might happen on Sunday. As we discussed during the week, the Steelers went to much more press coverage and multiple looks on defense and on offense the Steelers spread the Patriots and attacked much like teams often try to attack Pittsburgh.
It all worked like a charm. Ben Roethlisberger put up big numbers and the Steelers were able to contain Tom Brady and the Patriots offense

Season 2, Episode 36 of The Terrible Podcast is up and Nick Richetta joins me again on the podcast as my co-host David Todd is trapped in an airport tonight on his way back to Pittsburgh.
We open the preview of the New England Patriots game with a look at the injury report and whether or not it matters if Hines Ward sits down this week with his ankle injury. We both agree that if he does, that Emmanuel Sanders and Antonio Brown should be able to pick up the slack along with Jerricho Cotchery. Ben Roethlisberger and Bruce Arians probably have not been able to sleep all week thinking about the

Season 2, Episode 35 of The Terrible Podcast is up and David Todd and I come at you smack dab in the middle of Patriots week. We actually open up by talking about the Ravens Jaguars game Monday night and how the Ratbirds do not look as scary right now as they did after beating the Steelers back in week 1.
We move on to discuss the injuries headed into the game and discuss a few things Mike Tomlin hit on during his press conference on Tuesday. We look back and give some closing thoughts on the game last week against the Cardinals and start discussing the New England Patriots game this coming

Season 2, Episode 34 of The Terrible Podcast is up and my co-host David Todd is back from Las Vegas without a face tattoo or a new wife, allegedly, just in time for our 100th episode as we recap the Steelers 32-20 win yesterday on the road against the Arizona Cardinals. We'd like to thank all our listeners for the fantastic support and helping us grow the show. We look forward to the next 100 and hope we get another deep playoff run this season in the process.
We open this episode with an homage to Aaron Smith. Smith has been out the last three weeks with a foot injury, but while recuperating,
