The Steelers have signed former Kentucky linebacker Johnny Williams to the practice squad on Wednesday. Williams spent the preseason with the Jacksonville Jaguars but was cut on September 5th. At Kentucky, Williams was a three year starter at strongside linebacker and led the team with 5 sacks in his senior season.
