Report: Todd Haley Frontrunner For Steelers Offensive Coordinator Job


Alby Oxenreiter, Sports Director for WPXI, tweets this afternoon that it is his understanding that former Kansas City Chiefs head coach Todd Haley is the frontrunner for the Pittsburgh Steelers open offensive coordinator job. Since it was announced two weeks ago that Bruce Arians would not return for 2012, Haley was the only interview that has been 100% acknowledged by the Steelers website. Roethlisberger Exposes Feet To Wife On Hawaii Golf Course

While out in Hawaii for the 2012 Pro Bowl, it appears that Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger got in a round of golf on Tuesday with his wife Ashley Harlan serving as chief photographer and wearer of black sun dress. The left ankle that Roethlisberger injured against the Cleveland Browns seems to be doing just fine as you can plainly see that he his not wearing an ankle brace or even shoes for matter. AFC Beats NFC In Pro Bowl, 59-41

The Pittsburgh Steelers had five players in the 2012 Pro Bowl game Sunday in Hawaii and all 5 made contributions. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger threw two touchdown passes Sunday to help lead the AFC to a 59-41 win over the NFC in the annual NFL All-Star game. Four Steelers Players In ESPN Top 20 Of Any Era NFL Poll Of Pro Football Hall Of Fame Panel

ESPN.com and ESPN The Magazine combined to put out list of the 20 current players who a 20-member Pro Football Hall of Fame panel and ESPN’s very own John Clayton believe could excel in any era of the NFL. The top 20 was finalized today and four current Pittsburgh Steelers players made the top 10. Finishing 10th was linebacker James Harrison, finishing 8th was wide receiver Hines Ward, finishing 3rd was quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and finishing 2nd was safety Troy Polamalu. Steelers Ryan Clark Named To AFC Pro Bowl Team

Pittsburgh Steelers free safety Ryan Clark has been added to the AFC Pro Bowl roster in place of Baltimore Ravens injured safety Ed Reed. This will be the first trip for Clark to the NFL’s annual all-star game. It was announced just a few days ago that linebacker James Harrison was added to the Pro Bowl as he will replace Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs.
