More Steelers Colts Observations


I posted a few thoughts in my post game recap of the Steelers 23-20 win last night against the Indianapolis Colts and after going back through the game a few times now, here are several more observations of the game. Antonio Brown is a special player that continues to make plays not only in the passing game, but the return game as well. Steelers Escape Indianapolis With 23-20 Win – Game Recap

The Steelers slipped out of Lucas Oil Stadium with a 23-20 win over the Indianapolis Colts Sunday night to move to 2-1 on the season. Shaun Suisham hit a 38-yard field goal with 4 seconds left in the game after the Steelers offense drove 60 yards on 9 plays to set up the game winning kick. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was 25 of 37 on the night passing for 364 yards and it included an 81-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Mike Wallace in the first quarter. Steelers Fans Need To Stop Blaming The Colts

Did we all want to the Colts to beat the Jets yesterday? Absolutely! Were we all sick to our stomachs when we saw Curtis Painter take the keys to the Colts offense? Without a doubt. Were we all mad at Colts coaching staff and front office for not recognizing NFL history and greatness laid out before them? Oh, yes indeed.
