The buzz around the Steelers draft complex has been heavy this spring with talk about some Ohio State Buckeye draft prospects. Cornerbacks Donald Washington (Ohio State), Don Carey (Norfolk State) and Sherrod Martin (Troy) and outside linebacker Lawrence Sidbury (Richmond) have all been brought in by the Steelers for pre draft visits on Thursday. Washington started in 2007 as a sophomore for OSU, but was suspended for two games at the start of 2008. He has great leaping ability and is very athletic. Regarded as a late, day two pick.
