There is no room for a let down against the Bengals after the hard fought victory last week against the Ravens in Baltimore. A loss this week, could cost them a shot at the AFC North title as well as a good shot at the home field advantage. Playoffs? Why am I talking about playoffs? The Steelers should not be worried about anything but treating this as a must win divisional game and everything else will take care of itself. They have to remember that the Bengals swept them in 2009. This game has to be personal for them and they must play as such. Below are what we deem to be 7 keys to the game

A new Steelers season is about to begin in less than 48 hours as the Steelers will host the Atlanta Falcons at Heinz Field. Quarterback Dennis Dixon will make his second career start as Ben Roethlisberger begins his four game suspension and Byron Leftwich sits out with a MCL knee injury. Below are 7 keys to the game that I believe the Steelers need to focus on to beat the Falcons.
Let Dennis Be Dennis - If we learned anything about Dennis Dixon in his only career start last year versus Baltimore is that he can make plays with his legs. This time around Dixon will not be on as short of leash

Robo Kickoff Guy? - Daniel Sepulveda was allowed to kickoff last Friday under the lights and reportedly Mike Tomlin was happy with what he saw. Preseason is the perfect time to have a live game battle between Jeff Reed and Sepulveda for the rights to kickoff this year. I hope Robo punter gets a chance to become Robo kickoff specialist. Tomlin said it depends on how many kickoffs they get so hope for a ton

Today may seen like a normal offseason Friday, but July 15th is the deadline for franchise tag players to have new deals signed or they must play for the one-year tender amount offered by the team. Such is the case with kicker Jeff Reed who was given the franchise tag in February to keep the eight-year veteran from becoming an unrestricted free agent. Reed and his agent, Don Henderson were looking for a multi-year deal in the neighborhood of 4 million dollars a season, much like kicker Sebastian Janikowski received from the Raiders this offseason. With no salary cap in place and a future CBA still

Speaking of Jason Worilds, Part 2 of the Ask The Steelers segment with the second round pick is up now on Steelers.com. Worilds says the team is tight knit, extremely tight knit. We shall see just how tight knit they are come

Not too sure about this story and it's validity yet, but Steelers wide receiver Santonio Holmes is being accused of assault on a woman in Orlando. Holmes threw a glass of booze in a woman's face. The incident reportedly involved the whole glass and the woman suffered a cut near the eye. Orlando Police refused to write a police report, the woman says. Holmes was down in Disney this past week and spotted at an NFL media reception at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort. Let's see how this plays out and hope this is a joke.
