Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk is suggesting that Steelers safety Troy Polamalu might be fined for talking on a cell phone on the sideline following him leaving the game with concussion-like symptoms. According to Alex Holmes, Polamalu's brother-in-law, the phone was handed to him by the Steelers team physician and that there is no way that he gets fined by the league.
