As reported yesterday afternoon, Orlando police Sgt. Barbara Jones said Steelers wide receiver Santonio Holmes will not be charged in connection with a March 7 altercation at the Rain Ultra Lounge in Orlando. The case has been closed since Anshonae Mills declined to press charges after talking with a police officer. Sounds like a settlement was made, but at this point I am happy no criminal charges are being brought. We shall see how this plays out going forward. The Steelers will begin to bring 2010 draft prospects in for pre draft visits starting next week. NFL teams are allowed to host 30 non local prospects prior to the draft.
