Bill DiFabio, a sports announcer from Washington, Pa., did what very few are able to do on Tuesday, disgrace Steeler Nation. DiFabio interrupted the Mike Tomlin Tuesday press conference dressed as Santa Claus and stumbled through a very unrehearsed skit for more than seven minutes. The episode garnered national media attention and made the Steelers the laughing stock of the league on what is normally a slow news day around the NFL. Santa was played by Bill DiFabio, a sports announcer from Washington, Pa., who traditionally dresses up as Santa for the pre-Christmas press gathering and often pokes fun at the Steelers coach for a few moments. Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin held is weekly press conference on Tuesday in preparation for the week 17 game versus the Cleveland Browns. Tomlin started with a summary of Sunday's loss versus the Tennessee Titans, by saying that the team did not do enough good things to win. Tomlin stated the team did do a good job of rebounding from the first half miscues and even took the lead in the second half. The minus 4 in the turnover column was the key.
