Steelers Six From Around The Web – Thursday October 7th – Leave Bruce Arians Alone Edition

Columnist Larry Hicks of the York Dispatch Columnist wrote about how Steelers offensive coordinator Bruce Arians should be getting some praise this year instead of the normal jabs. We agree with Hicks and think Arians has called good games as a whole thus far.

Ed Bouchette wrote how the Steelers offense is primed to break out now that suspended quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is back with the team. Mike Wallace expects the offense to be more balanced going forward.

According to Scott Brown of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, the Steelers bye week practices have been anything but walkthrough sessions. The are scheduled to work again today and be off until Monday of next week.

Former 2009 Steelers draft pick Sunny Harris was signed to the Buffalo Bills practice squad on Wednesday.

Randy Moss is once again a Minnesota Viking and that is great news for Steeler Nation as the Steelers were scheduled to face Moss with his old team, the Patriots, November 14th at Heinz Field. The only way the Steelers now face Moss in 2010 would be the Super Bowl and that would be a welcome sight.
