Mike Bires gives his thoughts on running back Willie Parker and how his return to the Steelers is not going to happen. Bires calls it wishful thinking on Parker\’s part and I have to agree with him as well on this.

The ESPN.com writers and bloggers rated the NFL team helmets in the latest edition of their Power Rankings and of course the Steelers helmet finished first overall. The Colts finished second while the Raiders were third.

Dave Scheiber has a small piece on renowned trainer Tom Shaw. Shaw as many in Steeler Nation know, is responsible for keeping Ike Taylor, James Farrior and William Gay in shape during the offseason down in Florida.

Steelers linebacker LaMarr Woodley made a $5,000 donation toward the Heroes for Kids charity in his hometown of Saginaw, Michigan. Woodley is a Saginaw High School graduate.
