The Pittsburgh Steelers have now announced their seven inactive players for their Week 4 Sunday afternoon against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the list includes one starting offensive lineman once again.
Guard Ramon Foster is inactive for a second straight game with an ankle injury and that means Cody Wallace will start again at left guard. Foster being down also means that guard Chris Hubbard will dress for a second consecutive game.
