Season 5, Episode 88 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and David Todd get right into talking about several of the free agent signings that have taken place since our last show and that includes the Tennessee Titans signing Brian Orakpo and Derrick Morgan.
Now that all of the top edge rushers are off the market, David and I focus in more on linebacker James Harrison and the possibility of him returning to the Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of the next several weeks.
The Steelers have yet to sign an outside free agent but they might change Friday as former Carolina Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams is expected to be in town for a visit. We discuss the chances of the Steelers signing him.
The Steelers will more than likely sign a free agent cornerback over the course of the next few weeks so David and I go over the top available players that would be a fit. We also thoroughly break down the situation with New Orleans Saints cornerback Keenan Lewis and why you shouldn’t get your hopes up that the Steelers will trade for him.
Mike Tomlin has shown up at a few pro days this week so we let you know where he was spotted and who he was possibly looking at.
We answer several Twitter questions from followers during this show and end it by talking a little more about linebacker Jason Worilds and his decision to retire.
As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here.
