Season 6, Episode 114 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this Memorial Day Monday show, Alex Kozora sits in for David Todd once again and we kick things off by talking about a few things we hope to find out this week during the Pittsburgh Steelers second week of OTA practices.
Last week, Steelers offensive coordinator Todd Haley briefly talked about rookie offensive lineman Jerald Hawkins so Alex and I recap what he had to say and that includes the LSU product potentially being used as a guard. That discussion leads to us talking about the Steelers offensive line as a whole and whether or not that unit should be viewed as one of the top five currently in the league.
We move on to revisit our discussion about whether or not Antonio Brown should be the team’s punt returner in 2016 and how the upcoming training camp battle between Eli Rogers, Demarcus Ayers and Shakim Phillips figures to be one of the best we’ll see this year at Latrobe.
Steelers veteran linebacker Lawrence Timmons is back in the news this week following a few comments he made recently and that leads to Alex and I discussing his future past the 2016 season.
As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here in this post.
