Continuing on with our daily poll questions, today I want to know which Steelers undrafted free agent do you think has the best shot at making the 53 man roster? I have listed the current 9 below. I’m tempted to say “none of the above” because we had a big draft class and added a lot more veterans than usual (Randle-El, Battle, Foote, J Scott, McFadden, Leftwich). However, historically, probably 8 or 9 years out of 10 a udfa does make the final 53. Ramon Foster last year, Darnell Stapleton, Patrick Bailey, etc…Willie Parker, James Harrison going further back.

I guess I’ll go with Demetrius Taylor just because he doesn’t have much competition, he’s the only FB they have listed on the roster.

In my opinion, The Steelers running game looks great for the 2010 season on paper.

Rashard Mendenhall-starter
Mewelde Mooore-3rd down rb
Jonathan Dwyer-short yardage/goal line
Frank Summers or Demetrius Taylor as the Full back (or maybe both. The Steelers usually keeps 5)
The truth

I believe the safety from KU will stand a very good chance to make the roster because he split time at both CB/S in college.
