  • Today\’s practice feature short yardage and goal line.
  • Live situational football.
  • Mike Tomlin thought the backs represented themselves well today.
  • Exercised great vision found some holes and finished some runs off.
  • Few of the younger ones need to get pad level down a bit.
  • Likes the way Jonathan Dwyer is hitting the hole, but has to role his shoulders forward and reduce his hit surface.
  • Isaac Redman has a great center of gravity and leg drive. Showing more patience and better vision this year.
  • Rashard Mendenhall still a candidate for short yardage goal line work.
  • No intention throwing any today.
  • Doug Legusky has good short area quickness, it is what makes him a good center as well. Good leverage guy.
  • James Harrison sat out for precautionary reasons.
  • Jason Worilds continues to be limited with his hamstring injury.
  • Mike Wallace excused for birth of his first baby.
  • Andre Frazier not close to coming off of PUP with knee problem.
  • Not rushing Dick LeBeau back, hope he soaks it up.
