Season 4, Episode 87 of The Terrible Podcast is up and co-host David Todd and I start of this show by talking about the recent free agent visit made by Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew and whether or not he would be a perfect compliment to starter Le’Veon Bell.
The Steelers reportedly might have interest in binging back linebacker James Harrison following his release from the Cincinnati Bengals last week and that once again is a talking point we make sure to cover.
Prior to news surfacing that free agent wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery had come to terms Thursday with the Carolina Panthers, David and I discuss his pending decision. In addition, we talk about the Steelers having a large contingent this past week at the Florida State Pro Day where they appeared to give wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin a lot of attention. Tomlin and company were also at the Notre Dame Pro Day on Thursday and that is discussed as well.
After reading several of our listeners top five choices for the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft, we unfortunately have to talk about the breaking news of Cotchery signing with the Panthers to close out the show.
As usual, several other Steelers talking points are also discussed along the way.
