2015 NFL Draft Poll: Rank These 10 Cornerbacks

By now, most of you should know plenty about the top cornerbacks in in the 2015 draft class. With that being said, I thought we would get a group consensus as to how the readership would rank 10 of the top cornerbacks as they relate to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Now, I understand that I might not have all of your favorite cornerbacks listed here, but regardless, please rank the ones that are listed. I will post the results after this poll closes Monday. Also, please only vote once.

  • Matt Manzo

This was harder than I thought! They are all so different in their styles and body type!
I’m not sure if Collins is better than Carter, or other way around?

  • SteelersDepot

    and you went?

  • steeltown

I went- Waynes, Johnson, Peters, Collins, Williams, Carter, Ekpre-Olomu, Rollins, Jones, Nelson

  • SteelHorseman

    Peters
    Waynes
    Ekpre-Olomu
    Johnson
    Jones
    Collins/Williams
    Carter
    Rollins
    Nelson

  • SteelersDepot

You ranked them and submitted them above, too, right?

  • I went- Peters, Waynes, Johnson, Collins, Williams, Ekpre-Olomu, Carter, Jones, Rollins, Nelson

I still believe peters is the best CB in this draft…on the field. I only put Ekpre-Olomu where I would draft him but he’s hard bc when healthy he would be higher than where I put him.

  • Steel Your Face

    1. Waynes
    2. Williams
    3. Nelson
    4. Rollins
    5. Carter
    6. Peters
    7. Collins
    8. Ekpre- Olomu
    9. Johnson
    10. Jones

  • SteelHorseman

    Just did. Thanks!

  • SteelersDepot

I surely like to see your rankings in the comments, but PLEASE submit them in the form above as well so they will be compiled. This should be interesting if we get enough of them.

  • puCrepeaP

Waynes, Ifo, Peters, Johnson, Williams, Your Mom, Collins, Rollins, Carter, Jones, Nelson

  • puCrepeaP

A list like this gets me excited, because it shows that even if we miss on a 1st rounder, there’s still a lot of talent to be had.

  • I will add this too…I think Darby should be on this list.

  • Andrew

    Based on criteria above –
    1. Waynes 2. Carter 3. Williams 4. Johnson 5. Peters 6. Nelson 7. Collins 8. Jones 9. Rollins 10. Ekpre-Olomu

Would rank Eric Rowe and Josh Shaw in top 10 if available.

  • Alan Felicia

Waynes, Johnson, Peters, Collins, Byron Jones, Williams, Rollins, Carter, Ekpre-Olomu, Nelson.
I believe Jones will be a much better Corner than Carter.

  • Steel Your Face

I surely did, sir. Great idea and hope we have enough folks to submit!

  • Ernest

Hate to burst your bubble but i think we did this last draft for CB and ended up getting none.

  • Matt Manzo

I went Carter cuz I think he fits our style more. Kinda like Dennard over Gilbert last year.

  • Iron Cadet

Why are u not showing the poll results? Must we wait for everything during the offseason?

  • Steel Your Face

Really liked what I saw from Nelson in the Senior Bowl but it looks like I’m definitely in the minority.

  • steelburg

I agree with your ranking of them all the way down to the last player. Im not that big on Collins he started 10 out of 39 games in his LSU career and people are trying to sell him as a 1st round pick I don’t buy it. I think anyone of the top 5 can start day one for any team. I like IFO Ekpre-Olomu buy his injure moves him down.

  • The Notorious TOM

    Waynes
    Peters
    Ekpre-Olomu
    Alex Carter
    Kevin Johnson
    Quinten Rollins
    PJ Williams
    Jalen Collins
    Mightymouse Nelson
    Byron Jones

  • Reno

    Waynes
    Johnson
    Peters
    Collins
    Williams
    Olomu
    Carter
    Rollins
    Jones
    Nelson

Don’t think the Steelers will take the character risk with Peters. Hoping Johnson will still be on the board.

  • Steelers12328882

    Trae Waynes
    Marcus Peters
    P.J. Williams
    Jalen Collins
    Kevin Johnson
    Alex Carter
    Steven Nelson
    Quinten Rollins
    Byron Jones
    Ifo Ekpre-Olomu

  • Steelers12328882

I don’t know enough about Byron Jones, but if he looks good in a future breakdown than I’m sure he’d move up around Alex Carter.

  • Reg Sayhitodabadguy Hunt

    Thought someone was missing

  • Rob Olzer

I think Wayne’s is the best. Anybody see josh Shaw? He looks like a second or third round gem.

  • Matt Manzo

I’m starting to change my mind about Collins. If he can be coached up, he could be great! He might be in the top 4 for me now?
