Yesterday we passed along a video of Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Vince Williams pushing 18 plates on a sled a total of 15 yards during his training session in Arizona. When Williams posted that video on social media, he let his mentor and teammate James Harrison know that he was coming after him.
So how did Harrison respond? Well, by pushing a sled with 24 plates on it Tuesday morning without even warming up.
Harrison let Williams know about it on social media as well.
