Steelers Are In The Playoffs

The Pittsburgh Steelers are going to the playoffs.

The Steelers had their backs against the wall Sunday and they busted through thanks to them beating the Cleveland Browns and the Buffalo Bills upsetting the New York Jets in other Week 17 action.

The Steelers defense recorded four second half turnovers to beat the Browns 28-12. The Bills on the other hand, intercepted Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick three times in the second half for the win.

In the Steelers win, wide receiver Antonio Brown caught 13 passes for 187 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger also connected with wide receiver Markus Wheaton and tight end Heath Miller for scores.

The Steelers will be the No. 6 seed in the AFC and they’ll play either the Cincinnati Bengals, Denver Broncos, or Kansas City Chiefs in one of the two AFC Wild Card games.

This marks the team’s 10th postseason berth since 2000 and second in a row. They finished the 2015 regular season with a 10-6 record.
