If you have not seen it yet, you have to watch the most recent Sound FX of the Steelers Ravens Divisional Playoff Game from this past Saturday night in Pittsburgh at Heinz Field. There are some great sound bytes from Dick LeBeau, Hines Ward, James Farrior, Ben Roethlisberger and Mike Tomlin. It is merely a pass or fail grade on if I think the lineman did his job or not. Steelers To Host Jets For AFC Championship

The New York Jets beat the New England Patriots 28-21 on Sunday evening in Foxboro to set up a rematch of week 15 in Pittsburgh next Sunday night for the AFC Championship and the right to go to Super Bowl XLV in Dallas. The Jets beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh 22-17 back on December 19th, but the Steelers were without strong safety Troy Polamalu and tight end Heath Miller as both were out with injuries. Steelers Beat Ravens 31-24 – Game Recap & Notes

What a bad start that was as the referees miss that the elbow was down and the Steelers had to use a challenge early. Props to Shaun Suisham for the effort there. Pretty sure Jeff Reed does not give that effort. Also great deep kick as well. First offensive drive did not get off to a great start with the Hines Ward penalty. I thought it should of been offsetting, but whatever. Good mix of run and pass and it ended with 7 points. Great start. Offensive line had good push to start. As far as how the inactive list will look on Saturday prior to the Divisional Round playoff game against the Baltimore Ravens, there really is only one slot that would be considered hard to nail down. As expected, Aaron Smith is still not ready to play. although not ruled out yet, he is listed as doubtful on the Friday injury report.
